Career Advancement Solutions

What is it?

Career Advancement Solutions (CAS) provides job search and job placement assistance to individuals transitioning into the work world. Activities such as intake, orientation, career readiness, and counseling assist individuals in reaching the goal of self-sufficiency through employment. The program supports the mandatory work activity required for customers receiving Temporary Cash Assistance.

Who is eligible?

Residents from Baltimore Public and the Housing Choice Voucher Program who receive temporary cash assistance and are referred from the Baltimore City Department of Social Services. The program also serves all eligible Baltimore City residents.

What are the benefits?

Help with finding employment and keeping a job.

How much does it cost?

Services are at no cost to eligible participants.
