Welcome to Baltimore City's online permitting system

Baltimore City has now expanded its online permitting system. In addition to applying online for an ePlans permit (those with full construction documents/plans) customers can now apply for the following types of permits:

The online system will allow you to:

Apply for a permit 24 hours a day

Send and receive messages about your permit

Pay for your permit

Receive your permit via email

Please review the information and links below to learn more about the ePermits process and its requirements, or visit the One Stop Permit Center at 417 E. Fayette St. between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM and staff will assist you

Notice to ePlans customers:If you already have an ePlans account you do not need to create a new account, you can just log in

Licensed contractors must be registered with Baltimore City in order to pull permits through this system or otherwise. Please visit the One Stop Shop at 417 E. Fayette St. for more information
